Dr. Keith Blalock
After graduating summa cum laude from the University of Texas – San Antonio in 1985, Dr. Keith Blalock attended the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio and earned his D.D.S. and was elected to Omicron Kappa Upsilon two years later. He went on to complete a one-year general practice residency at David Grand Medical Center while a member of the United States Air Force.
After completing his military duties in 1991, Dr. Blalock returned to the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston to further his education. He obtained his M.S. degree and orthodontic certificate in 1993 and has been in private practice in orthodontics since.
A board certified orthodontist, Dr. Blalock was a faculty member in the orthodontic department at the UT-San Antonio for 10 years, teaching undergraduate and graduate students. He is a member of the American Dental Association, American Association of Orthodontists, Texas Dental Association, San Antonio District Dental Society, Southwestern Society of Orthodontists and the Texas Association of Orthodontists.
Dr. Blalock is married with three children. He is proud to give the residents of San Antonio and Helotes a reason to smile!

Our staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and we strive to provide energetic and fun-loving service to each patient. Each member of our treatment team is certified by the state of Texas, and our office staff has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care. We strive to stay abreast of the very latest in technology and advances by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars.
